Are you interested in European history and the role of the European countries in the EU? Do you dream of working in a European or international organisation or institution? In European studies, you learn about political, cultural and historical conditions in Europe, with a focus on collaboration and integration.
The supplementary subject in European studies is an interdisciplinary course that involves both humanistic and social science disciplines. Using humanistic methodologies, you study political, historical and cultural issues relevant to European collaboration. At the same time, you acquire practical understanding of the many aspects of this collaboration process.
The supplementary subject in European studies, combined with two years of completed basic studies, qualifies you for admission to the Master’s degree programme in European studies.
